It really pays to do business with a company that is family owned. If you are thinking of getting new or replacement window treatments, I would strongly recommend Rebarts. Bart is extremely helpful and personable when evaluating your needs. There is customer service is remarkable. I had a problem with my electric blind opener. I was able to contact my installer, Jesus, who patiently walked me through the sequence to restart my remote. Rather than having to endure a service call, my problem was solved by a 10 minute phone call. Jesus made sure that my problem was solved before getting off the phone. This a company that really believes in customer service.

I contacted Rebarts through Yelp desperately searching for a plastic piece that broke off our blinds. The company that originally installed the blinds had gone out of business and I didn't know where to go. Rebarts to the rescue! Not only did they confirm that they could get me the one piece, they mailed me a box of those pieces FREE OF CHARGE! We won't have to worry about that piece breaking again for years. I'm totally going with Rebarts for all my future window covering needs.

We worked with Rebart Interior in Los Altos to have automated modern shades for our bedrooms. They were on board when we were stripped the house down to studs to see the layouts and the windows. They worked very well with our general contractor as well as the home automation firm that we had hired for overall home automation. Bart himself reviewed with us multiple options that we had and helped us to pick the best fit our house. Rebart Interior process, timeline, delivery and installation went very smoothly. When they installed our shades, they themselves point out a stain in one of the shades and reported back to their firm and they ordered a new shade for us to replace the stained one. They walked us through the application how to set different themes through wifi and work with our shades remotely. We also called them later to come and do some adjustments regarding the height of the shades. I can't be happier with the superb service from Rebart as well as my beautiful shades.

Both the quality of the blinds and the quality of the service Rebarts Interiors provided far surpassed anything we could have hoped for. We worked with Bart Jr. and Alex and they were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Since this was our first home the process was entirely new (and a bit scary) to us. Bart and Alex walked us through all of the options and gave us their own recommendations, but did not pressure us at all. Once we decided which blinds were right for us they were able to schedule the measurements in a timely manner and the blinds were delivered earlier than expected. The installation service was on time and incredibly fast. We have had them in place for a few weeks now and absolutely love them! You will not be disappointed.
