A bay area family story
It started in a garage. Over 40 years ago, our founder—Bart San Diego—began his window treatments for neighbors right here in the Bay Area. When his wife left her job to support the growing business, Rebarts became a true family endeavor. In 2000, Hunter Douglas took notice of our dedication to quality and personalized service, inviting us to become an official Gallery dealer.
We opened our first showroom, then another, and another, and today we’re proud to have four locations across the Peninsula—including our flagship store on Burlingame Avenue, a milestone for our business. We’re still family-owned and operated, with multiple generations now part of the team. That means when you work with us, you’re working with people who care deeply about your home—because we’ve built ours here, too.
