COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

We know that there will be a new normal for stricter guidelines of the counties, and we are fully prepared to follow them. With the guidance of the local counties, OSHA, and the CDC, we have improved on our day to day operations and have implemented additional steps to aid in the health and safety for all our employees and customers.


  • Upon entering showroom please ring doorbell and sign in. Hand Sanitizer, face masks and gloves are available for use.
  • Facemasks will be required upon entry.
  • Maintain a minimum 6' ft distance from another individual.
  • If you need to touch samples, please use gloves or we will have disposable glove available for you.
  • We will be helping our guests one group at a time in order to minimize unnecessary contact. Please feel free to wait in our waiting area or reserve an appointment.
  • DO NOT enter Rebarts Interiors showroom if you have a cough, fever or any sign of Covid19.


  • Face mask must be worn at all times by our staff and clients.
  • Rebarts Staff is required to wash hands upon entry of home, we ask our clients to wash their hands as well prior to meeting.
  • Maintain a minimum 6' ft distance from another individual.
  • DO NOT shake hands or engage in unnecessary physical contact.
  • If you need to touch samples, please use gloves which we will have available for you.
  • If possible, please have people from household who aren’t participating in the consultation in another room.
  • Rebarts Staff will sanitize samples and any tools/accessories prior to all in home consultations.


Our goal during this time is to make the installation process safe for both Rebarts and our Clients. This requires us to keep a minimum safe distance, as well as, have our employees touch or handle any objects in your home as little as possible. Below are a few guidelines we ask you to keep and respect.

  • Prior to arrival please disinfect all door handles (Front door and any rooms of installation, if possible, keep all doors open once we arrive).
  • Please create a clear path or move objects/furniture that will obstruct our team from installing.
  • Provide a bathroom or sink for our employees to wash their hands upon arrival and during the duration of the installation (If possible, please provide soap, if not let us know and we can bring our own).
  • While our installers are working please keep a safe distance away. Guidelines are 6 feet away, but if you could keep to another room or another floor this would be much appreciated.

What we will do as Rebarts Employees

  • Temperature check Installers before each work day.
  • Wear a mask and change into a new set of gloves between each client visit.
  • Wash hands upon arrival and every hour thereafter.
  • Wipe down and disinfect all tools prior to installation and at the end of every installation.
  • Keep a minimum safe distance from all our clients and each other.

Rebarts Interiors can custom fit coverings to any shape and size. Along with making your windows more beautiful, they can help keep homes comfortable and utility bills low through the use of energy efficient materials. Optional safety features are available for households with small children or pets. Home Automation and Motorization is another valuable feature that we have available to offer to your clients.

We serve the entire Bay Area with locations to serve you in Burlingame, Los Altos, San Carlos, and Menlo Park, CA. Our showrooms feature the latest innovative Hunter Douglas products. All locations are certified dealers and all of our installers are certified and professionally trained. Every Hunter Douglas product carries a lifetime limited warranty that covers your window treatments for as long as they cover your windows.
